Return Airport Transfers
All of our All-Inclusive packages include direct return airport transfers, which means you'll have a friendly Sunshine World representative at the arrivals gate to guide you straight to your hotel in your own private vehicle with your fellow Sunshine World guests. On departure day you will be whisked back to the airport and due to our local knowledge we can ensure that we leave at the right time to have you at the airport ready for check in* while not having to worry about getting there many hours in advance. While we can never predict the future it is worth mentioning that last season we weren't late for one single airport pick-up or drop off.

6 Days Ski or Snowboard Equipment hire
Before your first day of skiing and snowboarding, Pros from the Sunshine World team will personally help you to get the right Boots, Skis, Poles and/or Snowboards. Our experience and knowledge of the latest equipment means that you couldn't be in better hands and can relax safe in the knowledge that dodgy equipment wont hold you back during your holiday. You don't even have to worry about CARRYING your equipment back to your hotel as we will whisk it all their along with you in our Sunshine Mobiles! Also if there are any problems with your equipment we can advise and where necessary exchange your kit at no extra charge!

5 Days Professional Ski or Snowboard instruction + 5 Days return transport to and from the ski areas to and from your hotel door + 5 days lift passes
For the first four activity days and the last activity of your holiday you will be escorted and looked after by the most highly experienced and qualified English speaking instructors. They will take care of all of your lift passes and transportation for you as well as providing you with at least one hour of professional instruction each day! Due to the small sizes of our groups it is an invaluable tool for us that we can where necessary provide complimentary one on one coaching** to help anyone who may be struggling or not of the same ability as a particular group. AT NO EXTRA COST. This kind of flexibility with qualified instructors simply isn't available anywhere else- not even mentioning prices. The level of improvement and enjoyment our past guests have experienced is certainly one of the main areas that we feel proud of at Sunshine World. 7 Nights accommodation
We offer accommodation in the best hotels and chalets in Zakopane, Poland. We offer standards for every taste and budget to choose from for your accommodation during your stay. Giving you the freedom to choose how much you want to spend and ensuring that you will find something which is just right for YOUR group. More information on some of the places we use can be found by following the links on this site. Please feel free to ask us for details about any other accommodation in Zakopane if it isn't already on our site. Please note that we can organise accommodation at all our hotels and chalets separately to our all-inclusive packages should you desire.

As you can see every detail of what you need for a magical winter holiday is all included in our unique All Inclusive packages. We can even organise your flights for you if you prefer not to book them yourselves as we are ATOL licensed (License no.9004) by the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

The package "on paper" doesn't really come close to describing how wonderful it is to have friendly, passionate professionals looking after You throughout your holiday and all the extras which we have organised in the past from Snowmobiling to VIP treatment in the restaurants and night clubs in Zakopane will almost certainly be available to you during your stay too. Our unique All-inclusive package ensures the highest level of personal attention for your group hosted by only the most qualified and experienced professionals- helping you to make the very most of your time in Poland.

Day 1 – Arrival Day (Usually a Saturday, although we can arrange for different arrival and departure days if desired at extra cost)

- Arrive at Krakow airport

- In Krakow, your group will be greeted personally with smiles and refreshments and you will be chauffeur driven to Zakopane (70 miles/ 108km) in our very own Sunshine-Mobiles.

- Upon arrival at your hotel, after settling in, professionals from Sunshine World’s team will sit with you and discuss in detail your skiing and snowboarding aims and desires for the coming week. We will also chat with you about the possibility of taking part in other exciting possibilities such as snowmobiling, and educational trips to unique places of historical interest such as the holy town of Wadowice (about 90 minutes drive), where Pope John Paul II was born and raised and Auschwitz museum, where much of the former Nazi concentration camp has been preserved to help current and future generations learn from the tragic mistakes of the past.

Days 2- 5
- For your first four days you will receive professional ski and/or snowboard lessons every day (Your internationally qualified English- speaking Instructor will personalise your sessions around you and your group- guaranteeing the highest chances of you achieving your personal goals!) including all transport, lift passes and equipment. Many extra activities can also be organised for the group depending on your desires possibilities include: clubbing, sporting tournaments (table tennis, football, swimming and pretty much anything else we can think of!) karaoke, massage, drinking games, sledging, partying, snowmobiling, quad biking, bungee jumping, cinema, shopping - we could go on!

Day 6
- Day 6 is a free day for you and for us which means that you can take the opportunity to do whatever you wish. You may want to take the opportunity to get some quality rest: have a good old lie- in, pamper yourself at Hotel Belvedere****’s World class spa, (past guests have highly recommended the 4- hand massage- 1hour for just 180 Zloty (around £30). You can of course take the opportunity to ski or ride as hard or gently as you wish- Free ride! Play with your newly acquired skills on whichever hills you prefer- go exploring with friends on Kasprowy Wierch’s 1,000m vertical drop, truly world-class off piste! Or maybe practice some more on the easy greens or cruisy blues at Bialka Tatrzanska. Or go snow- tubing or sledging. You could take the bus early into Krakow (2-2 ½ hours each way) and spend the day shopping and sightseeing in this magnificient and unique city. As you can have a good lie in it means you might like to spend the preceding night on the town in one of Zakopane’s dozens of bars and finishing in one of over nine dedicated night clubs!  The possibilities are endless- it’s YOUR day. Please note while we can give you advice throughout your stay about how to maximise your free day that Day 6 is also the only day off for Sunshine World’s staff and as such will not be on hand for your group for the duration of this day. Please note also that your ski or snowboard equipment IS included in your package for Day 6 but lift passes, transportation and instruction are NOT included on day 6.

Day 7
- Day 7 is the big one- the culmination of all your new skills and knowledge with the Sunshine World team back and fresh to help take care of every detail for the rest of your holiday. We will collect you at your hotel and take you to whichever ski areas are best suited for your current level and help to build you up to hopefully the most enjoyable skiing or snowboarding experience of your lives. Past guests have progressed so quickly through Sunshine World’s system that they have gone from total beginners to being able to comfortably tackle the expert-graded black runs of Kasprowy Wierch and Nosal by their last day! Of course skiing and snowboarding are both FREE sports which means that as long as you are enjoying yourself then you are doing the right thing whether on the easy greens or steep and deep off piste powder snow. Sunshine World’s Pros will help you to discover and expand on your own style; we will help you find out what gets the smile onto YOUR face! And laughing like a child while you slide down the hill! In the evening we usually celebrate in style all together in the bars and nightclubs- The now legendary “Sunshine Parties” where everything that happens remains strictly confidential! J (Crying, hugging and insisting you don’t want to leave is optional)

Day 8 – Departure day
- After what we aim to be the best holiday of your lives, you will be escorted back to Krakow airport in your own private vehicle/s, where your plane will be waiting to whisk you home to share your exciting stories with your (probably jealous) friends and family who couldn’t make it this time!

*We cannot guarantee that you will catch your plane- especially if you are not ready for the scheduled departure of your transport from your hotel or chalet on departure day. No refunds or further assistance will be offered should you miss your plane due to traffic or any other issue concerning your airport transfer.

**Extra, free of charge coaching may be available entirely at Sunshine World LTD's discretion. It is not guaranteed in any of our packages. Extra coaching is entirely subject to availability.
