Winter Season Job Opportunities with Sunshine World Poland

NB: All the jobs advertised on this page are for contracts between Sunshine World Limited and people who are working on a self-employed basis. The jobs would be offered for a maximum period of 3 months. The contract would not employ successful candidates as employees of Sunshine World Limited but as self-employed entities who sub-contract their services to Sunshine World Limited for the duration of the contract.

For highly motivated, passionate, VERY friendly, qualified ski and snowboard instructors and experienced and qualified child care specialists there is a good chance of you being offered one of our paid part time positions over our peak season February half term (each year we have roughly 15 part time positions available for this offer in total).

This offer includes the following:

We are offering a generous package which includes a relatively relaxed (but still working) week to get comfortable with the resort- Zakopane, Poland's winter capital followed by a busy week helping out with all aspects of delivering our excellent all inclusive packages to our guests during the February half term and then a further week afterwards to enjoy a (still working) but more celebratory time (with a few special suprises paid for by Sunshine World!) as thanks from Sunshine World to you for helping us make our guests very happy.
Included in our package, subject to interview is:

- 3 weeks accommodation in Zakopane, Poland
- Free return airport transfers
- Free lift passes for all the time you are helping with our guests
- Free training with the rest of our Pro Team
- Breakfast with our guests for every day of the Feb half term
- £150 wage for the Feb half term week
- £50 towards flights and other travel expenses

Job opportunity for qualified (CSIA, BASI, CASI, NZSIA or equivalent ski instructor/ snowboard instructor qualifications) ski/ snowboard instructors WITH at least 1 season of prior coaching experience on snow OR at least 800 teaching hours on dry slopes:

- Free accommodation in our staff accommodation conveniently located in the centre of town.
- Free airport transfers
- Lift passes for all time that you are on the slopes WITH our guests
- Transport to and from the slopes each day that you are working
- 250zl per week pay for off peak weeks (NB money goes a lot further in Poland though- A loaf of bread costs just 1zl, a big bag of pasta just 5zl, a beer or double vodka costs just 5zl - 7zl in a club for example!)
- 750zl per week pay for the 2 Feb half term weeks.
- Plenty of "end of season" benefits after Feb half terms are over where we can ski and snowboard together with the team much more and just make videos, photos and have fun. Even visiting Slovakia to ski/ ride.
- We will also refund the cost of your flights (up to £100) upon full and satisfactory completion of the season as agreed in your contract.

Your role would simply be to help welcome our guests on arrivals day with the rest of the team and teach a maximum of 4 hours per day 5 days a week. In many off peak weeks this would likely be more like 2 hours a day 5 days a week. In Feb half terms it may increase to a maximum of 5 hours per day 5 days a week.

The Package:

- Lift passes for all time that you are on the slopes WITH our guests
- Transport to and from the slopes each day that you are working
- 130zl per week pay for off peak weeks (NB money goes a lot further in Poland though- A loaf of bread costs just 1zl, a big bag of pasta just 5zl, a beer or double vodka costs just 5zl - 7zl in a club for example!)
- 600zl per week pay for the 2 Feb half term weeks.
- Plenty of "end of season" benefits after Feb half terms are over where you can ski and snowboard together with the Pro Team much more and just make videos, photos and have fun on and off the slopes while still ensuring the standards are maintained at exemplary levels for our remaining guests' holidays of course. Your Role and Duties:

Your role would simply be to help welcome our guests on arrivals day with the rest of the team and help with any general assistance which our guests require during their stay (helping them get their equipment from the ski shop and helping them get orientated with where the restaurants, bars, shops, spas, ice rinks, bowling alleys, cinemas are for example). You would also be required to work just 2 hours per day, 5 days a week helping build our SEO websites (this is very simple work typing into our easy to use system which we would train you for (Our SEO websites help us to get top of Google). You would not be required to help with our SEO websites during our two peak weeks in February.

During busy weeks you would be required to help with coaching our guests. This would be up to a maximum of 4 hours in any given day.
