The present Sabała hotel was built in 1894 by by Highlander
farmer Jan Gąsienica - Staszeczek and called of his name
- the Staszeczkówka. About 100 years ago this Hotel started
took first quests. In this years ti was third Hotel in the town,
and the oldest functioning hotel in Zakopane. Many famous people
- politics and art from all world stayed here, for exemple i poets
: Kazimierz Przerwa - Tetmajera, actress Helena Modrzejewska,
Witkacy and the popular Highlander musican story - teller Sabała,
which name begen the names of Hotel.
