Working this season as a Senior Snowboard Pro I am also offering my knowledge and dedication to guests of Sunshine World.

There are many different exercises and goals that we can achieve as a team for your sessions that you book with me.

A session of one hour will consist of the following depending on what you require:

• Cardiovascular and heart raiser
• Weights – strength training
• Weights – endurance training
• Whole Body Approach stretching
• Complete abs workout for core training

The location
I train at a luxury 4* hotel in the centre of Zakopane called the Belvedere. It has many facilities including a fully functional gym studio, squash courts, bowling ally, swimming pool, steam room and sauna’s.

Prices
150 polish zloty (£30 approx) per person per hour. For additional clients i.e. friends or relatives 50zl (£10 approx). This way it means it will be just you or your group with me at any one time.

So say for a group of 3 of you. It would be 150 zl plus 100zl for the 2 extra clients. (£50 in total)

The cost includes transport to and from the hotel plus entry to the gym for our session.
